Dinner paired with the perfect wine to complement your food awaits you at Jack's Waterfront Bistro + Bar as we present to you the 2015 Wine & Cuisine Tasting Series. This year we're taking you on an experience according to cheese as each course will feature cheeses from one of the top three producing regions: America, Germany and France.
Whether you are a novice or an aficionado we'll take the guess work out of making dinner enjoyable in a three part series held each month, February - April. Seats are limited, advance purchase required.
FEBRUARY MENU FEATURING AMERICAN CHEESES
Shareable: Cheese Board
Fresh mozzarella with smoked sea salt, extra sharp cheddar and parmesan served with
assorted crackers, medjoul dates and dried apricots
Starter: Bleu Cheese and Duck Breast Flatbread
Herb flatbread topped with creamy maytag bleu cheese, seared duck breast
and pistachio crusted mandarin orange
Entree: Three Cheese Ravioli
Ravioli from scratch, stuffed with a blend of cheeses and served
with an herb and asiago focaccia bread
Dessert: Ricotta, Cream Cheese and Raspberry Napolean
Delicate puff pastry filled with a rich mixture of ricotta, cream cheese and raspberry
topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
